Focusing on the sale of net leased assets, Sladich has closed more than $1.5 billion in total transaction volume and has partnered with some of the nation’s most respected and trusted institutions, shopping center owners and merchant developers. As one of the lead business development and execution specialists for his team, Sladich provides extensive knowledge to buyers and sellers of all profiles nationwide. Before joining Northmarq, Sladich served as a Regional Director and Partner for Stan Johnson Company’s Atlanta office. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Sladich served as National Sales Manager for Sports Shares, LLC and was accountable for all aspects of the Atlanta market, including strategic planning, sales, marketing and management.
