Mike Sims is the President of Pinnacle Mergers and Acquisitions and stays actively involved in all areas of transactions. From sourcing deals, to negotiations and closing transactions, Mike focuses on building long-term relationships with clients. After spending many years at JP Morgan Chase, Mike joined the Pinnacle team seventeen years ago and has been with us ever since. Founder and CEO, Bill Scrivner, asked Mike to join the team when he started Pinnacle. Mike enjoys getting to meet amazing people with an array of talents and some of the greatest entrepreneurs in the history of our country. He has helped build a vast network ranging from contacts to trusted advisors, and a reputation as a firm built on honesty and integrity. Mike is a graduate of Baylor University where he obtained a degree in business. When he’s not negotiating deals or overseeing transactions for Pinnacle, Mike can be found on the golf course or cheering on the Baylor Bears. Mike, his wife and their three kids stay involved in their church.
