A Competent professional with 30+years overall experience in handling complete Projects, integration of all Building and Design aspects in respect of major Industrial, Commercial, Residential & Hospitality construction projects in Australia/UK/Bahrain/Saudi Arabia/India/Hong Kong, including:
• QC supervision of all Construction aspects from green site to handover; including services, [MEP] with discipline Engineers, and equipment installation to Commissioning & Start-up.
• Team co-ordination/Project Management of design development from Architectural scheme through to Engineering and Contract documents, tender & supervision
• Preparation of Project Execution Plans, Project Procedures Manuals, Project Specifications, Quality Control documents/manuals, Safety plans and Contracts
• Dilapidation investigation and reports for commercial and heritage buildings
• Client liaison and business development
