Mike Ryan is the Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining CBRE, he started Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured finance team Atlanta office in 2008, where he is responsible for expanding the firm’s southeast business platform. In this capacity, he is responsible for new business development, strategic initiatives, and arranging first-trust financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity for all types of commercial real estate assets. Prior to opening the Atlanta office, Mr. Ryan was in Cushman & Wakefield’s Debt and Equity Group based in Washington, D.C. since 2004. During his career with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Ryan has facilitated the closing of over $17 billion in transactions, including senior debt, equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and construction financing. Mr. Ryan is consistently ranked as a Top 100 broker in North American, has been named a Top 50 Most Important Figure in Commercial Real Estate by Commercial Observer and Top Mortgage Broker in the Southeast by Connect Media.
