Mike Riley

Mike Riley joined Berkadia in 2021 and serves as a Senior Director of Investment Sales in Atlanta, GA, working with Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays. He specializes in the sale of multifamily properties in the secondary and tertiary markets of Georgia. Over the course of his career, Mike has been directly involved in the sale of 220 multifamily properties representing an aggregate sales volume of more than $2.8 billion. Mike spent the first five years of his career with The Multifamily Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield covering the state of Georgia and later went on to join the Atlanta Multifamily team at Franklin Street. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Elon University where he walked on to the football team his freshman year. at Berkadia
