About
MIKE MILLEA has been involved in South Bay real estate for over 40 years both as a real estate broker and as an investor.
Prior to joining The Ensbury Group eight years ago, Mike worked at Marcus & Millichap for seven years, where he focused on representing estates and trusts in connection with the disposition of real estate assets. He also assisted many clients with 1031 exchanges.
Mike’s concentration on estate and trust disposition evolved from his 15 year career as a California licensed tax and real estate attorney. For ten of those years, Mike was a California Bar Association Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Although Mike is no longer practicing law, his experience as a practicing attorney gives him an advantage in understanding the more complex aspects of trust and estate dispositions and allows for efficient interaction with lawyers and CPA’s often involved in transactions.
Mike received his undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA in 1980, his Juris Doctor from U.C. Hastings Law School in 1983, and his Masters in Tax Law from New York University in 1984. Mike has resided in Manhattan Beach, California, for more than 60 years.
