About

Mike is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over 25 years of experience in sales transactions. Mike is also a coleader of the firm’s national Office group. As an accomplished office investment sales expert, Mike joins JLL’s Investment Sales & Advisory team, where he will concentrate on growing JLL’s national and global capital markets business. Over the course of his career, Mike has handled over $70 billion of capital markets transactions, including office, retail, multifamily and logistics assets, in addition to strategic investment banking transactions. Prior to joining JLL, Mike was a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield, where he completed over $25 billion of office sales transactions in the major Sunbelt markets. Before that, he spent 18 years at Eastdil Secured, ultimately ascending to a Managing Director position on its Management Committee. Mike was responsible for the office investment sales platform across the Sunbelt and supported the firm’s global business endeavors.
