As Senior Vice President, Mike Marcu brings his specialization in apartment buildings in Los Angeles and Orange Counties to TMG. His chief duties include assisting clients in evaluating their portfolio’s in addition to strategizing with dispositions, acquisitions, and financing. Previous to joining TMG Mike was co-owner of InSite Investment Realty in Newport beach and reached the level of Senior Investment Associate with Marcus and Millichap in the Long Beach and Newport Beach offices.
Mike’s experience in the southern California real estate market comes with having closed approximately $650 million in apartment building sales and while his focus has been on apartment buildings he has also sold a significant number of retail centers, ground lease investments, and office buildings. His integrity and willingness to do whatever work is necessary on behalf of his clients has earned him their continued loyalty and trust.
