Mike Keane has been with The Boerke Company since 2004, when he started as our Marketing Coordinator. In just a few years Mike realized that Commercial Real Estate was something he wanted to really become a part of. Mike now works with medical, office, and technology related properties. Since joining The Boerke Company, Inc., Mike Keane has worked with a number of clients, offering strategic advice and helping to implement their specific plan. Mr. Keane specializes in Tenant Representation through the leasing and purchase of office and medical buildings. In addition to representing General Electric multiple real estate transactions across the state of Wisconsin, Mr. Keane worked as an in-house GE Corporate Real Estate Consultant for 2 years. In this role, Keane acted as a transaction manager; putting together detailed financial business cases for buy vs. lease, remain or relocate and consolidation scenarios for GE locations throughout the globe.
