Specializing in multifamily investment sales in the greater Los Angeles sub-markets with an emphasis on the San Fernando Valley, Mike joined Northmarq in 2022 after 15 years of prior experience, most recently at James Capital Advisors. Developing an unrivaled knowledge of the apartment marketplace, he prides himself in his ability to advise clients on their real estate investment goals through aggressive underwriting, strategic marketing, and navigation of the 1031 exchange process. Mike has successfully negotiated more than $2 billion in investment real estate sales, continuously working with clients to create strategies that maximize value during the transaction process. His clients range from private investors and family trusts to major investment syndicates and real estate investment trusts. Mike began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2004. A southern California native, Mike graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and a minor in business administration. He enjoys yoga, fitness, hiking and traveling with his family.
