Mike Fehn joined Newmark in 2016 and currently serves as an Associate Director in the company’s Dallas office. Mike specializes in leveraging his market knowledge to provide strategic real estate solutions that allow businesses to operate more efficiently and fortify substantial bottom line savings. He advises clients on matters regarding leasing, site selection, build-to-suits, financial analysis for both local and national companies, and portfolio management.
