Michael Fay has nineteen (19) years of experience in all phases of commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting. During his career, he has been involved in more than two hundred fifty (250) transactions totaling more than four million (4,000,000) square feet, in excess of fifty million ($50,000,000) dollars. He focuses his efforts representing property owners as well as seeking out new general real estate brokerage/project assignments. Mr. Fay has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He also holds a Real Estate Brokers License in the State of Texas and Kansas. Mr. Fay is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Prior to joining Maverick Commercial, Mr. Fay was a marketing representative for Bradford Companies for the past six (6) years. Prior to Bradford, he was an area sales manager for Catellus Management Corporation, a division of Catellus Development Corporation, one of the country's largest publicly held real estate companies.
