As Managing Director of Colliers’ Maine office, my responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations in the office and fostering continued growth and market share in the state of Maine. I specialize in many sectors of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, and investment sales. My previous experience in residential real estate has translated well to multifamily and mixed-use investment properties. I became a licensed real estate professional in Maine in 2007, but I grew up with a father in residential development and have really been around it my whole life. I have extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a partner at Cardente Real Estate. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College. In my early years, I attended Cheverus High School, where I developed strong networking and personal ties to the Portland community. I still reside in Portland with my wife, Ali, and maintain strong relationships with both alma maters.
