Whether a free-standing building or large shopping center, Mr. Carpenter’s valuable experience and market knowledge make him essential to the Stiles Retail Group team. During his tenure at Cohen Commercial Realty, Mr. Carpenter served as a Senior Leasing Agent where he closed more than $20,000,000 in sales and lease transactions on behalf of landlords in South Florida.
