Michael began his career in commercial real estate as Marketing Manager for Real Estate Advisors of New Mexico in Albuquerque. As part of a small and fast-paced team, he worked in a comprehensive capacity to create marketing initiatives for a growing start-up. Learning how to effectively market various property types gave him unique insight into the inner-workings of the world of commercial real estate. Michael joined Norris & Stevens in 2021 as Transaction Coordinator upon returning home to Oregon. In this capacity, he gained knowledge into the different ways deals can be structured, as well as honing his communication skills coordinating with both brokers and clients. This, coupled with his knowledge and experience in marketing, make Michael a powerful advocate for his clients. Michael is currently working on his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification.
