Mike Adams joined Stream Realty Partners in 2009 and serves as a Senior Vice President within Stream’s Transaction Specialist Group. Mike’s responsibilities include investment property sales, sale leasebacks, user sales, leasing commercial properties and tenant / buyer representation throughout the Orange County market. Mike is involved in identifying financial and strategic investment opportunities through his market knowledge that exploits inefficiencies on behalf of his clients. His primary focus is working with investors to continually improve their financial situation through acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges. He helps clients achieve their goals by maintaining a constant presence in the market, accessing off-market deals, providing relevant market information, and taking an advisory role on opportunities.
During his 10-year career, he has completed over 400 transactions valued at more than $225,000,000, accounting for a total of 2,000,000 square feet.
