Mickey Davis is a broker with Marcus & Millichap's Memphis office, specializing in retail investment properties. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Davis is an expert in retail properties and land development, primarily in Tennessee and Mississippi. Mr. Davis has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 1998. Mr. Davis leads the pursuit of buyers and sellers interested in maximizing their real estate investment dollars.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Mr. Davis was with the Commercial Division of 1st Choice Realty until 2001 when he and several colleagues formed PMC Real Estate Services. Mr. Davis joined Southland Real Estate Services in 2009 until April of 2016 and Newmark Knight Frank from April 2016 until October 2017. During this time, Mr. Davis has also developed properties, completed tenant improvements and managed buildings for clients.
