About
Micheal Geller retired from his 44 years in commercial real estate brokerage in December 2024, and is now a part-time real estate investor. His last position in commercial real estate brokerage was Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). Micheal has been a leader in representing landlords and tenants in office space leasing transactions on the "Westside" of Los Angeles. During his career Micheal has negotiated office leases totaling over 30 million square feet and was recognized as a leading broker in the evolution of creative office space on the Westside. Before his association with Jones Lang LaSalle, Micheal co-owned and operated Beverly Hills' based First Property Realty Corporation, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage company which specialized in the leasing and sales of office buildings on the Westside. Prior to forming his own company, his career originally started in 1980 at the Westwood office of Julien J. Studley (now Savills).
