About
Michael Ytem is a Vice President of the Investments/Land division of Younger Partners. Michael focuses on the acquisition and disposition of both commercial land and long-term land investments.
Michael began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2014 with Henry S. Miller Investments/Land division. There, he obtained transactional experience in Seller, Buyer, Investment and Leasing Representation. He later joined Novus Realty Advisors as an integral component to the early stages of its start.. His role included completing transactions with local investment groups, local business owners and larger entities such as Richardson ISD, Frito-Lay/Pepsico, Primrose, 7-11, and Oncor. He joined Younger Partners in 2017 as part of the Novus Realty Advisors merger with Younger Partners. Michael has been a Top 10 Producers each year since 2017. In 2020, he earned the newly created Teammate of the Year award for closing the most deals as part of a team.
