Michael Wardlaw serves as an Executive Vice President with the Central Texas Investment Properties | Multifamily group in the Austin office of CBRE. His primary focus is marketing, business development and formulating acquisition and disposition strategies in order to provide clients with the best seller representation services possible. Since joining CBRE in 2010, Mr. Wardlaw has participated in over 250 transactions for sales exceeding $7 billion. Mr. Wardlaw is highly experienced in individual assets sales, portfolios, land, and equity sourcing.
Mr. Wardlaw joined CBRE from CWS Capital Partners, where he lead the company’s multifamily acquisition and disposition activities in Austin and San Antonio. While at CWS, Mr. Wardlaw successfully acquired and sold many assets during his four year tenure. Additional responsibilities including asset managing a portfolio of over 2,500 units in Austin and San Antonio.
