Mr. Ventre's career began in the 1990's with Newmark of Long Island, LLC., a nationally recognized commercial real estate company, where he successfully represented major corporations and private companies in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and retail property. He specializes in many aspects of commercial real estate including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, strategic planning, and asset management.
Mr. Ventre has amassed a lengthy list of noteworthy client representations including Washington Mutual, Aflac Insurance, United Healthcare, CORE BTS and Fleet Bank.
