Upon graduating with an Economics and Accounting degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2011, Michael Sterman began his career in investment real estate at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap. He has been with the firm for 9 years and has been involved in the sale of 164 apartment buildings totaling over $998 million dollars. ‍ Michael considers himself an apartment building specialist as this is his primary focus. He is an expert in properties located in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Koreatown, the San Fernando Valley, Mar Vista, Palms, and West Los Angeles. ‍ Michael’s success can be attributed to keeping control over every aspect of his transactions.
