Michael Silva joined Americas Commercial Real Estate in 2003 and has over 17 years experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Silva began his career in the marketing and technology department within the firm, an excellent platform to help learn the basics of the business first hand. Having earned his Sales Associate License in 2007, Michael immediately began working directly with the partners in the leasing and sales of the properties the firm exclusively represented. In 2009, Mr. Silva was promoted to Vice President and is now involved in over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate. He works closely with the partners of the company in all the day-to-day operations. Mr. Silva also oversees the company’s marketing efforts and maintains the company’s technological infrastructure. Mr. Silva is versed in the basics of Real Estate, the very essence the company was founded upon, and the very essence that has made Americas CRE successful since its inception in 1993. Mr. Silva is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors and the Realtor Commercial Alliance. He is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
