Mike Taylor has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost 40 years with the past 33 in mortgage banking. Mike began his career at CRBE in 1983 specializing in retail leasing and investment sales before becoming a mortgage banker in 1990. Mike was co-founder and co-owner of Churchill Real Estate, Inc. in Seattle from its inception in 1996 and was the founding Principal of Gantry’s Seattle office in 2006. Mike has arranged over $5B in financing during his career for properties located throughout the United States with the bulk of those in the Puget Sound. Mike is a native of the Pacific Northwest and received a Bachelor degree in Applied Earth Sciences from Stanford University where he was also a member of football team and named to the Pac-10 All-Academic team as a senior. Mike is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Pacific Real Estate Institute. Mike and his wife have two daughters and reside inSeattle.
