Mr. Rotchford is a Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Savills Studley’s Capital Markets Group. Previously he was an Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield and President of Cushman & Wakefield Securities, Inc. Mr. Rotchford assists corporations, institutions, private equity, and other real estate owners in maximizing the capital value of their real estate. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Rotchford served in investment banking positions at Dean Witter Reynolds, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Rotchford has financed and sold real estate for numerous corporate and institutional clients, completing over $40 billion in assignments. Mr. Rotchford was awarded the Real Estate Board of New York’s 2011 Most Ingenious Deal of the Year for acting as financial advisor to the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey on the World Trade Center redevelopment.
