Mike is a New York Bar-certified attorney & practiced real estate and M&A law in Manhattan after graduation from Cornell University & Notre Dame Law School where he was a law journal Editor. In 1998, he moved to L.A. & worked with Michael Ovitz (ex-President of Disney) to start up AMG. Mike was a Director in Ovitz’ luxe real estate, NFL Stadium, & equity purchases vehicle/LYNX (also owned Askjeeves, UBER founder’s SCOUR, and Checkout .com).
