Michael Paster is a Director with the firm specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. He joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF. Michael began his career with RKF in 2013 as a canvasser and has quickly climbed the ranks to become a director. Michael represents many prominent landlords, including United American Land, Pan Am Equities, The Georgetown Company, The Winter Organization, Hubb NYC Properties, George Comfort & Sons, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Angelo Gordon & Co., Centaur Properties, Hidrock Properties and Madison Realty Capital. In addition, Michael has negotiated numerous deals with SL Green, Tishman Speyer, Savitt Partners, Joseph P. Day and other prominent Landlord’s across New York City.
