About

Mr. Neumann joined Meridian in 2014 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and healthcare in locations including New York City, the East Coast, and Midwest, focusing primarily on acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing. Over the course of his career, Mr. Neumann has negotiated more than $750 million in financing for multifamily, office, healthcare and other property types across the United States. Mr. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
