Michael Montesi joined Cushman & Wakefield as part of the Tri-State Strategic Advisory Group in 2017. As a Senior Director, he works closely with members of the Strategic Advisory, Brokerage, Project Management, and Capital Markets teams to develop complex commercial real estate strategies for clients. Michael plays a critical role in project due diligence and the development of financial models that detail the economic impact of real estate occupancies. Prior to joining the Strategic Advisory Group, Michael was an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Professional Real Estate Program. A 12-month rotational program exposing Michael to Agency & Tenant Leasing, Valuation, Advisory Services, Research, and Marketing. Mr. Montesi previously held internships at Bullhorn, Inc. and HKS Capital Partners.
