Michael Greeley is a senior managing director of Newmark’s Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing capital markets for the team, which he joined in 2008. With a specialty in medical office building (MOB) investment sales, Michael and his team, led by Rob Griffin, have been involved in the great majority of institutional trades in the Greater Boston market. Michael has overseen dozens of landmark investment sales in the New England and East Coast markets, as well as hundreds of major leasing transactions with “meds & eds” clients. With a focus on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and medical-academic clusters, Mr. Greeley specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant and landlord advisory, and acquisition/disposition services.
