Mike is a Fort Myers native and has been active in commercial real estate in Southwest Florida for more than 25 years. Mike has been involved in the disposition of over $200 million in commercial real estate, ranging from single tenant, triple net lease investment properties, large tracts of land for future development, to large industrial parks. He has extensive experience in the analysis of real estate, with a strong background in the analysis of office, industrial, multi-family properties and vacant land. Upon graduation from college, Mike went to work for a major national bank on their money desk, handling money market and fixed-income securities as well as foreign exchange for commercial clients. Prior to joining LQ Commercial, Mike worked with VIP Commercial as an Advisor for 6 years. He was a commercial appraiser with Hanson Real Estate Advisors for 15 years.
