Over a fourteen year career in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Marks has transacted or advised on aggregate sales approaching $3 Billion. Michael’s unique understanding of the local market has allowed him to transact some of the most highly coveted retail assets in the Chicago market on distinguished corridors, including Michigan Avenue and State Street. Mr. Marks specializes in urban retail properties with a focus on assets located across celebrated high streets and along thriving neighborhood retail submarkets.
