About

Michael Lohan is a Founding Principal of Nineteen Blocks. Michael is responsible for the overseeing the acquisitions pipeline as well as the planning and execution of fundraising and investor relations programs, including cultivation of HNW and Family Office investor networks and managing relationships with current and potential institutional investors. Prior to Nineteen Blocks Group, Michael was a Managing Director at The Nassimi Group. In this capacity, he advised a bench of domestic and international clients for commercial brokerage and investment sales for single-assets, portfolios, development sites, JV partnerships and partial equity sales across multifamily, office, retail and hospitality asset classes. Michael received a B.S. in Finance and Economics and graduated summa cum laude from Ithaca College. He was also a 4-year varsity lacrosse letterman at Ithaca.
