Michael Keegan is a Partner of Partners. He specializes in the industrial sector of the commercial real estate market. Michael’s services include tenant and buyer representation, project marketing, property dispositions, build-to-suit and design build evaluations, sale-leasebacks, investment transactions, and development evaluations. Michael has most recently received the 2014 Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award. In 2013, Michael received the NAIOP Industrial Rising Star Award honoring his production and achievements for 2012. Michael sits on several Boards including Harris County MUD 537, Young Professionals in Finance-Houston, and Maverick PAC. Michael has brokered over 200 transactions totaling in excess of 4,000,000 SF within the Greater Houston Area.
