Michael Kazmierczak brings 30+ years of commercial real estate experience to his role as an Executive Vice President in the firm's Agency Leasing group, joining CBRE in 2014 through the acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. Michael has extensive office leasing expertise in all CBD submarkets with the full spectrum of product types. Most notably, from 2007 to 2015, Michael directed the leasing team at the iconic Willis Tower where his team achieved more than four million square feet of leasing transactions during his tenure, including the successful execution of United Airlines’ 830,000 RSF lease, one the largest office leases in the history of Chicago. Most recently Michael led the team that completed more than 300,000 square feet of highly competitive and complex lease transactions at 353 North Clark including retaining existing anchor law firm Jenner & Block.
