About
Michael Joyce is Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Boston Leasing team. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Joyce has been responsible for advising a number of local, national and international firms, specializing in the leasing of office space for many of Boston’s most prestigious landlords, investors and tenants. Over the course of his career, Mike Joyce has advised and represented many iconic organizations that symbolize and define Boston, including The Boston Celtics, Boston Consulting Group, Wilmer Hale, and Brookfield Properties at 75 State Street, among numerous others. Joyce is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College. In addition to his work in commercial real estate, he is member of the International Rett Syndrome Foundation, a trustee of Providence College, Former President and board member of Boston Presidents Council and member of Varsity Athletic Board at Providence College. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was Partner at Transwestern RBJ, a founding partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, and a partner at CB Richard Ellis.
