I emigrated from Ireland in 1933 and settled in Weehawken. I worked in Wallstreet for 25 years in credit loan portfolio management and most recently as a senior xVA trader (Credit/Interest Rates) with major International banks. I bought my first investment property in 2001 and over the years I ended up getting my Real Estate license to buy more investment properties in Weehawken and West New York areas for my own portfolio. I have always managed these properties myself while juggling a fulltime finance career. I decided to step out of finance in 2019 to pursue my passion in all things Real Estate and I received my GC (General contracting license) to build a custom 2 family house in Weehawken for myself and my family. I worked closely with the architect on all aspects of the design and as the GC I managed all the steps in the building process. I am currently working on developing a large 3 family property in West New York. Due to my unique background, I can bring extensive Knowledge to clients on all areas related to the buying or selling process.
