Michael A. Hinchman is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, medical, and industrial properties in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Michael worked as an investment analyst and property manager for a private CRE investment firm. He leverages this perspective, in combination with his innate problem-solving facilities, to provide the highest quality of analysis for his clients. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University as a double major in mathematics and physics with a minor in philosophy.
Michael is an accomplished surfer who has competed on a national level and lived on the island of Oahu for three Hawaiian winters. He has ridden some of the biggest waves on the planet, including Waimea Bay and the outer reefs of Oahu’s fabled North Shore. He also enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, snowboarding, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
