As a tenant advocate, Michael is experienced in commercial leasing, financial analysis, and commercial office design and construction. He has developed a brokerage practice that focuses primarily but not exclusively on financial services including foreign banking and investment banking. Michael joined Studley in the spring 2003 as an executive managing director specializing in representing tenants in the Midtown Manhattan market. An accomplished commercial real estate advisor, he immediately became one of Studley’s top-producing brokers. Michael’s success is due to his in-depth knowledge of the Midtown Plaza market, along with his ability to create opportunities for his clients in any economic climate by parleying opportunities into fiscally competitive transactions. He has represented tenants in transactions with an aggregate total that exceeds $2.4 billion.
