Michael Frisoli joined Newmark in 2015 and is a Vice Chairman in the Boston office. Frisoli leads a team with his partner, Vice Chairman J.R. McDonald. Frisoli and his team completed sale and lease transactions with a total value of $3 billion in 2020. The team services both landlord and tenant clients in their markets as well as manage national portfolios for many global tenants. Over the course of his 29-year real estate career, Frisoli has been involved in lease and sale transactions totaling more than 50 million square feet within every market in Greater Boston.
