Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Michael Fogel was part of the Savills Capital Markets team in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office. As an Associate Director, Michael advised his clients on a wide range of services, including net-lease properties, capital markets, and retail leasing Responsible for identifying and sourcing Single-Tenant Net Lease (STNL) and Multi-Tenant properties and portfolios, Michael aids in the underwriting process as well. His market analysis and knowledge contribute to his effectiveness in lease negotiations and sale-leasebacks, and he aids in the acquisition and disposition of STNL and Multi-Tenant shopping centers. While he is certainly retail-focused, Michael also plays his part in STNL industrial and office properties. One of Michael’s biggest assets is his personable nature, committed to giving each client personalized attention and cultivating long-term relationships.
