Michael Florey is a Senior Associate, Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield. He recently joined the firm in May, 2018. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michael was employed by Sabre Real Estate Group, where he successfully guided local and national clients with real estate acquisitions and lease obligations. Michael is an integral part of the retail brokerage team, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. He has completed national retail transactions with 7 Eleven, T-Mobile, Halal Guys, AFC Urgent Care, F45 Training and IHOP. Michael leads canvassing, market research and database management efforts and is key in business development, directing presentation strategies and platform development in both quantitative and local market disciplines. Michael also works on landlord representation focusing on transit oriented developments, mixed use developments and major shopping center assignments. He has worked closely with real estate developers such as Albanese Organization, Rechler Equities and Lalezarian Properties.
