Michael Fioravanti is a Associate Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, working alongside Robert Shapiro, Executive Managing Director, and Jonathan Squires, Director, focusing on investment sales in Northern Manhattan’s Inwood, Washington Heights neighborhoods, and the Bronx. Previously, he was an Associate at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014. Earlier, Michael was a Sports Information Assistant at Fordham University, where he assisted in the game day activities of all 20 Division I varsity teams. He created and edited post-game interviews and highlights for use on the official athletics website and he assisted with social media. Earlier, he worked in Guest Services for the United States Tennis Association at the 2013 U.S. Open in Flushing, New York. He also spent time as a Sports Information Assistant and Head Manager of the Division I Baseball team at St. Bonaventure University. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management with a Minor in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
