Michael DeSantis joined Unique Properties as Broker Associate in late 2014 and primarily focuses on providing support for lead Senior Brokers, Tim Finholm and Sam Leger. This team specializes in Investment Sales and Leasing for Retail, Industrial and Office properties within the thriving Central Denver market. Mike contributes his unique skill sets towards business development, marketing and providing unparalleled support to his team. His passion for Commercial Real Estate is evident and his competitive nature is well suited for the industry, his team and for clients.
Prior to joining the team at Unique Properties, Mike worked for Microsoft in Boulder, Colorado. During his time at Microsoft, he was an integral part of the BING Maps Business team where he served as Team Lead. Before his time at Microsoft, he worked at the City of Boulder where he did General Contracting for the renovation of Harlow Plattes Community Park.
