Based in San Francisco, Mike Colhoun is a Senior Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales. Mr. Colhoun is responsible for originating and executing commercial real estate property sales in the Northern California region. With 18 years of commercial real estate advisory experience, he has been involved in more than 200 transactions and sold more than 600 million in multifamily sales throughout his career.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Colhoun served as a Senior Managing Director for Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible production, underwriting, property tours, and escrow management. He was previously an Associate for commercial real estate firm Arroyo & Coates and began his career as a Vice President for Sequoia Land Investments.
Mr. Colhoun earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a Den Leader for the Boys Scouts of America and actively involved in coaching youth sports.
