Michael Casey is a Vice President for M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s (RCC) Agency Lending Platform. He works within production of multifamily deals sourced through RCC's Strategic Alliance with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). Formerly worked as a CRE Analyst at Townhouse Partners and was responsible for underwriting, analyzing, handling real estate investment opportunities, and authoring individual asset abstracts for several institutional lenders. Previously worked as an Investment Analyst for Le Chéile Capital in Dublin, Ireland, where I specialized in identifying Irish CRE and businesses with the potential for growth and recovery through debt and operational restructuring. Graduated with First Class Honors in 2017 with a Masters in Finance from the University College Dublin Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin, Ireland.
