Michael's experience in the brokerage, construction and development industry spans more than 2 decades. He spent 5 years as a broker at Southwest Strategies Group, one of Austin's premier boutique development and brokerage firms. He later and rose to the rank of Vice President at CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm on the planet. In addition, he is an owner of 10 commercial properties here in Austin, as well as a half dozen restaurants. He always puts the needs of his clients above his own. He has extensive personal experience as a Landlord, Tenant, investor, and developer. Because he has experienced the process from his client's perspective, he is better equipped to help understand their needs and find solutions.
