Michael Berger is a Vide Chairman in Colliers International’s New York office. He specializes in serving the real estate needs of tenants and the leasing, sales and management of all types of commercial properties. His primary focus is on office tenants and buildings in New York and other select cities in the U.S. Mr. Berger joined Colliers’ predecessor firm GVA Williams in 1995. Accomplishments Mr. Berger has acted on behalf of tenants from across the industry spectrum, with major corporations and not-for-profit organizations a specific concentration. He has participated in all aspects of the real estate process, from site selection to lease negotiation and construction oversight. Several of his transactions have been among the top 50 deals in New York each year.
