Melissa moved to Southwest Florida from Columbus, Ohio in 1987. With over 30 years in real estate, her experience includes a decade as a top sales representative for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, as well as another 10 years selling new homes in Shadow Wood at The Brooks for the Bonita Bay Group. From 2009 through 2019, Melissa worked as an on-site sales associate with the Guenther, Heitman and Williams Team for the Estuary at Grey Oaks, exclusively marketed by Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Currently the Guenther, Heitman and Williams real estate team continue to specialize in Grey Oaks, high-end golf course communities and waterfront properties in Southwest Florida. A member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, Melissa is also is a seven-time recipient of the Pinnacle award from the Lee Building Industry Association. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. An avid golfer, Melissa enjoys outdoor activities and she and her husband live in Bonita Springs full time.
