About
Melanie W. Hughes has served as Senior Vice President, Office Leasing at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services since 2003. Melanie began her career in commercial real estate in 1982. Since that time, she has leased office, industrial and retail properties in the municipalities of Arlington, Carrollton, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Las Colinas, Plano and Richardson, Texas. She has specialized in Landlord and Owner Representation and has leased over 50 commercial properties throughout the Metroplex for both private and institutional owners. Melanie was named Top Producer for Marketing Excellence at Bradford Companies in 2014, 2015, 2017 – 2019 and 2021. Melanie was also named a D Magazine Power Broker in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Melanie has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Cox School of Business Alumni Association. She has been a member of CREW Dallas, CREW National Network, NTCAR and NAIOP. She is an active member of CORFAC International.
